We will send you a receipt in your name. #### Can I get a tax benefit? Gifts may qualify for the benefits provided by Italian law. For individuals, article 83 of the Third Sector Code provides a 30% tax credit on eligible gifts, within the applicable limit and conditions: the 30,000 € limit refers to the amount of the gifts considered. The same rule also allows, as an alternative, a deduction from taxable income, with different limits and conditions. To document your gift, use a traceable payment such as a bank transfer or an online payment. Keep proof of payment and ask us for a receipt. These benefits apply to taxpayers in Italy. If you file taxes in the United States and a deduction matters to you, contact us before you give and we will walk you through the options.
